TEAM QUALIFICATIONS

OHM Loads Inc. has both it’s CCR (Central Contractor Registration) with the United States military and it’s NATO LCAGE  clearance.  The Production Manager has worked for Lockheed Martin and General Electric Aerospace.  Our consultant has worked for Pratt & Whitney, General Electric Aerospace and Honeywell. Both have Government/military Security Classification level of “Secret”.

We also have access to qualified Engineering Technologists and technicians on an as needed basis as well as the former Power Systems Design Team for Celestica on a consulting basis (ten engineers).  This Team brings to the table both Hardware and Software Development abilities including:

 FUNCTIONAL TEST:

·        Custom functional test services for production

·        fixturing, system integration and programming to create a complete user-friendly test system to your specifications

QUALIFICATION/DEVELOPMENT TESTING:

·        automation of lengthy qualification testing and integration with environmental equipment

·        bench and lab automation for time consuming development testing

·        automation of report generation in any popular format (Word, Excel, HTML etc.)

LIFE TEST/BURN IN:

·        using the hardware of the customer’s choice; full automation of life test, burn in and temperature cycling using LabView

·        design and construction of life test and burn in racks

ICT/MDA:

·        program generation

·        fixture design and fabrication

TEST ASSISTANCE:

·        assist customer’s test development team

·        advise on testability issues

·        automation of all or any part of the test process

·        troubleshoot existing product

DESIGN SERVICES:

·        conduct any part or all of the process from idea to market: design, schematics, bill of materials, PCB layout, prototyping and qualification testing of product software and hardware

·        design for testability, manufacturability, serviceability and regulatory compliance

·        software and firmware development including C and assembler

·        after market support

·        failure analysis on existing products or failure mode analysis on new products
